1. The Ansar and the Village Defense Forces are an integral part of Bangladesh’s Ansar and Village Defense Forces. At present, there are about 50,000 thousand general Ansar members in 6,000 guards in 3,732 organizations across the country. Serious KPIs like airports, seaports, power stations, business establishments, hospitals, educational institutions, traffic control in the metropolis, naval and other mass transport, railway stations and other public and private establishments.
After receiving training, you too can be a proud Ansar and a village defense member. If you are an interested candidate, apply online and you will have to appear before the selection committee according to the schedule of the place and date for selection. Lastly, the selected candidates will have to receive basic training for 10 weeks of general Ansar and the training course will be conducted at Ansar VDP Academy Gazipur for the full term.
2. The eligibility of the candidates to apply:
Age: 18-30 years.
Educational Qualification: JSC Pass.
Physical Qualification: Height – minimum 5 feet 4 inches, chest size – 30/32 inches, vision strength – 6/6, if there is any incurable disease, the candidate will be rejected from the primary selection.
Priority: Priorities will be given to candidates who are more qualified, have basic training in higher heights, martyr family, sports and culture.
Salary: 13,050-14,200/- TK.
Two festival allowances per year: 9,750 TK

Battalion Ansar members appointed by Bangladeshi male candidates interested in fulfilling the vacant posts (only men) of the Chittagong Hill Tracts 1000 temporary Battalion Ansar members of the Bangladesh Ansar and Village Defense Forces will be terminated after satisfactory service of 06 (six) years. . An application is being made on the basis of the following conditions for the appointment of a number of Deputy Assistant Engineers (Civil / Electricity) on full temporary basis from the Bangladeshi citizens for the purpose of further mastering the engineering branch of Ansar and Village Defense Force Headquarters.
Designation: Deputy Assistant Engineer (Civil / Electricity).
Applicability: Minimum Educational Qualification Diploma-in-Civil / Diploma-in-Electrical Engineering. The third category is not acceptable in any test.
Salary and allowance: Monthly salary – BDT. 15,500 / -TK. 18,300 /-TK. including allowance. 10,000 (2) festival allowances with a sum of Rs. Different training facilities.
