Duties and Responsibilities:
Executive Director (P&D) shall act as a member of the Management Team of the Company to assist the Managing Director for overall coordination of company’s management,planning, development and preparation of the project profiles for the electricity generation system, ensuring the compliances of Laws, Rules and Regulations for Good Governance. He/She will be also responsible for supervision of technical studies, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of the company and will assist the Managing Director for negotiating financing issues with donors/development partners.
Qualification & Experience:
- At least BSC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from any university recognized by Govt. & UGC.No third Division/Class at any stage of academic career shall be acceptable.
- 05 (Five) Years working experience.
